Hi,

I have a simple application, that works fine on a x86 architecture, but when run on our ARM system the mouse pointer isn't shown. Both systems use Disko-1.6.0 with DirectFB-1.3.0. The pointer parameter in diskorc is set to true, and it's also enabled in directfbrc, so I think the configuration should fit.

Any ideas, what could be cause?

BTW: Is there a way to retreive debug information from disko?

I remember there is a logfile in the same directory with your application.

Maybe u can find some message there! Also have you add the debug=yes option when you make the disko for arm?

May I know how u porting the disko for arm? Can u give more detial information

thanks for the tip. I recompiled disko with debug and messages option set to yes and will have a look, if something helpful is printed.

For crosscompiling I'm using the toolchain from codesourcery in version arm-2008q3
(http://www.codesourcery.com/downloads/public/gnu_toolchain/arm-none-linux-gnueabi/arm-2008q3-41-arm-none-linux-gnueabi-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.bz2).

I just set the compiling flag cross=yes and CXX=/path/to/your/g++/compiler and it works. But I had to crosscompile sigc++-2.0, libxml2 and sqlite before.
