I seem to have a similar issue.
Note that 'check' reflects that >=1.1.15 is installed, whereas -h says it isn't...I'll continue to peek at SConstruct to see if I can figure out where the problem is...

'scons -h' should only print the available options and don't perform any tests. The output from the xine check just wasn't disabled,
which I corrected now.

Btw, to see the results from the checks, you can also enter 'scons check'.

Are you shure that bldvd pluing exists? These are the input xine pluggins installed in my computer:

Hello Joaquim,

the bldvb plugin is not required. It's just the xine dvb input plugin with some modifications made by us. If you want to install it, in <disko>/ext/xine you'll find a script to build it.
